I cannot emphasize how much I would recommend Francesca for any tech-related or leadership position she may seek in your organization. While only been under Francesca’s leadership for the last few months, she has provided such a wonderful example of what I personally look for in a leader.

Francesca has a very goal-oriented drive that has helped organize our team to get work done efficiently. When she took on the team, she quickly organized us into groups for different parts of the project. However, when there was a technical portion of the app that she was not familiar with in regard to developing, she instantly created a team that had their own autonomy. This style of leadership was such a unique experience for me as most management that I have worked with tend to bring the project to a halt when there is a component that they do not understand. Unlike those previous managers of mine, she trusted her people, and after a few weeks of work, they met their goals and still had strong communication with her and the rest of the team.
