Bay Valley Tech – Strategic Partnership Events Role: Lead Event & Program Coordinator Overview: Led the planning and operations of high-profile partnership events with Google and LinkedIn. Oversaw logistics, budget tracking, and automated communication systems for follow-ups. Faith Garden Apothecary – Small-Batch Production Optimization Role: Founder & Systems Designer Tools: Shopify, Etsy, Google Sheets, Airtable Overview: Developed production schedules, ingredient sourcing systems, and quality assurance processes to reduce waste and improve consistency. DuckPond: A Social Media App

Duckpond is a single feed social media app. Inspired by Meta's Threads app, Duckpond consolidates all user activity into one feed. My primary role for this web app was as a Project Manager and I also assisted with front-end development. The back-end utilizes MongoDB for data storage and Express for the server. Notion and Discord was instrumental for planning, collaboration, and communication throughout the project's development. This endeavor provided me with valuable experience in team leadership, project management, and full-stack web development.
Epoch: A Time Tracking App
Epoch is my current work in progress! Inspired by Clockify.me, Epoch is a time tracking app. This project was given to me by Taylor Lamar of Tyler Technologies to build my portfolio. It uses React.js and Bulma.io for the front end and Nest.js for the back, as well as mySQL for data management, and axios for HTTP requests. Coming soon to AWS!
Stand Up & GO - A Discord Bot
Stand Up & GO is a Discord bot I'm currently developing, inspired by Slack's "Standup and Prosper" bot, to provide companies using Discord for business management with an automated and easy-to-track solution for conducting daily and weekly standups. Built using Node.js and discord.js, this fully back-end project aims to automate daily standup questions, facilitate weekly check-ins, track attendance, and export all data to a spreadsheet, addressing the lack of perfect solutions in this area. While temporarily on hold to focus on Epoch and Duckpond, I plan to resume development on Stand Up & GO soon, as it represents my commitment to creating practical solutions that streamline workflows and enhance productivity for teams leveraging Discord.
